He only hired white male graduates from Harvard, Yale and Princeton. The CIA agents were deeply loyal to Dulles, not to American democracy. If the TRUTH about the CIA is ever fully known - all the assassinations, all the coups, all the corruption, all the lies - then perhaps Americans can wake up.
I wouldn't be surprised if the Epstein Komprimat provider organization had connections with multiple individuals or entities that rely heavily on lobbying who purchase that Komprimat. Lobbying involves so much money. I would imagine the temptation or opportunity to leverage that investment with a dash of Kompramat when the opportunity arises would be very great.
