I have a former boss still serving time in Federal Prison for corruption; he was caught red-handed committing all kinds of fraud with a wide circle of enablers and accomplices. Your guy, Balderas, is much more subtle and has a much smaller circle of enablers and accomplices. And he relies more on cronyism than on bribes and kickbacks. Cronyism is tougher to prosecute or fight from within.
But, he's still an enabler of a dangerous pedophile ring, and perhaps may possibly, your guy's actions or inaction IS what led to Trump winning a second term; that's totally conceivable that this cover-up, and specifically what happened at Zorro Ranch in New Mexico, is what led to that outcome; all that death, destruction, cruelty and waste.

I would look into any donors to Balderas' campaigns, especially PACs with links to trump or anyone in the trump epstein orbit. It wouldn't surprise me to learn he received a special donation, with strings, as Bondi apparently received in Florida to drop the Trump University fraud investigation. Something that smells very quid pro quo-ish. Trump himself has said in the past that it wasn't worth donating to politicians unless they could do something for him in exchange.
