I was a criminal investigator in southern NM for over 20 years for the Sheriff’s Department. By nature, SO’s are more political than PD’s and I can tell you that this is the exact playbook for a “PR investigation”. The outcome has already been predetermined and the truth will never be uncovered and no one “in charge” wants it to be. There are no real investigators on this commission, hell, there’s not even any law enforcement on it as far as I can tell. If you want to make sure the truth never comes out: hire a politically connected, out of state law firm because lawyers don’t know shit about investigating anything, but know how to make their incompetence sound legal and you have the added bonus of having a law firm that can manage PR at the same time. It’s a win win for the scumbags.

With all the Epstein ties to current state government officials, there has to be some kind of final boss in the NM state Democratic Party that we haven’t connected to yet. This can’t be a machine that’s running itself, someone is pulling the strings and it’s got to be someone adjacent to or on top of the party that is coordinating all this.

the truth commission was never intended to find and release the truth to the taxpayers that paid for it. Like most things im finding out recently-they are covering up the truth at the highest levels. They bank on the fact that most people are too busy with the daily grind to ever notice it is all a scam.

This is exasperating! A personal injury law firm in TX! Is someone at that law firm related to or know Mr/Mrs Huffines or Ken Paxton the TX AG? People aren't commenting because it's obvious that the fix is in even before the search of the property begins.

What a travesty!?! The girls do deserve much better!

I think we should all write to the law firm and the Truth Commission and be sure they understand that they are being watched.

$750,000 is a chunk of NM taxpayer money !

I suppose this is all entangled. I see these spider weaving women pulling the threads into cohesion so we can see light of truth https://substack.com/@lastpagefirst/note/p-196778531?r=1fgcfk&utm_medium=ios&utm_source=notes-share-action

It's so much worse than that - the law firm is a huge contributor to the Safety Over Profit dark money PAC that was sued for not revealing its donors. One of those donors was Fuggol law for 25K for the Victims Justice Act - yes, the very act that would lead to the truth commission. Shame on them. No mercy for their inaction.

"The survivors of Zorro Ranch deserve better." Yes, and those who did not survive Zorro Ranch deserve for justice to be served on their murderers. I would agree with you that this "truth" commission appears unlikely to produce anything resembling a thorough investigation.

They are all part of the victimizers’ cabal.

This is like slaves (victims) and their allies (Northern abolitionists) hiring local lawyers (friends and allies of victimizers) in the Deep South to advocate on behalf of slaves in Southern Courts (also allies of victimizers). That is the challenge we are facing, and it should come as no surprise, since many aspects of this remain mysterious or hidden. Still, we know we are dealing with institutionalized cruelty, abuse, and corruption.

We need to instill fear and some measure of respect in the victimizers. They cannot be reasoned with; pleading or moral suasion means nothing to them; they feel they are part of a large, powerful machine. Like with slavery, a fight against cruelty and abuse, our Stowe, Garrison, Brown, and Douglasses will rise up to bring consequences upon them. They must be “smashed,” but how that happens, like with slavery, may be up to the victimizers, but certainly our resistance and pressure will force their hand.

Godspeed, AVR.
